Sold out for the first Tank Food Summit taking place in the heart of the nation at the George Washington University (Washington DC) on 21 and 22 January, involving more than 75 speakers.
The live streaming of this event will be donated and managed byBarilla BCFN, whose role in this summit is very important. Here it will be presented the Protocol of Milan (Italian proposal for a global agreement on nutrition that will be shown at Expo).
The proposal that will be presented duringExpo 2015is to promote a food system that can be global and at the same time sustainable. “It is absurd that today there is plenty of food for everyone and at the same time that one billion people suffer from hunger,” said Guido Barilla, President Foundation BCFN.
