Tiramisù with strawberries
“Here is a traditional dessert, revisited and especially proposed in a light and healthy version, in anticipation of the test suit that awaits us!
A perfect dessert for the hottest season of the year, spoonfuls of taste and freshness.
I made it with strawberries but I also tried the peaches and medlars version and in a short time I’ll try the cherries, as they are in season. Of course depending on the fruit you want to use you’ll buy a different kind of yogurt.”
Preparation time: 15 minutes approximately + 3 hours in the fridge
Cost: Medium – Low
1 pack of savoiardi (sponge fingers biscuits)
350 g approximately of soy yoghurt with strawberries
200 g of strawberries
2 oranges squeezed (or 2 lemons, or fruit juice)
Wash the fruits and cut it into small pieces.
Dip the biscuits (one at a time) in the orange juice we squeezed before, we can also use lemon or a fruit juice but I preferred to use the fresh oranges.
Combine the yogurt with the fruit pieces.
Take a baking dish and proceed by spreading a first layer of sponge fingers, on it we pour the yogurt with fruit pieces creating a second layer and continue in this way.
On the final layer we create a fruit composition.
After a few hours in the fridge, the dessert is ready to be tasted, so now we just have to eat it and the day after it will be even better!
Et voilà, our light dessert with little guilt is ready!
